Site-specific installation, Disjecta, Portland, OR, 2009
Acrylic panel, acetate, LED lights, controller, acrylic paint, H8’ X W10’ X D10’
This installation consisted of a panel built into the wall illuminated with slowly-changing colored LEDs, altering the color interactions with colored strips of acetate on the panel. The room was painted with metallic, iridescent and black paint with perspectival illusion to reorder the viewer’s sense of space.
